The hotel had decent rooms with an extra bed and excellent hot water services, but the cleanliness was subpar with dirty stains on the sheets and a mouldy shower curtain. Cooling down the room took a lot of time, and it struggled to combat Goa's high humidity. The service was good overall, with staff in need of better attire upon arrival. The location, while convenient for sightseeing, was marred by unclean common areas and dining facilities that need improvement. The dining options were very average, lacking variety and quality.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel. The room looked like a crime scene with missing furniture, peeling wallpaper, and dusty broken lampshades. The service was amazing, very helpful and attentive. The pool area at the hotel was well maintained. The dining experience lacked variety in food choices, though the rest was satisfactory. Overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations and had major cleanliness issues, leading me to switch hotels promptly.
